Two primary business activities

BATH SOLUTIONS operates through two primary business activities.

First, we develop, own and manage selected digital products and mobile applications.

Second, we provide software development, application management, website development and digital advertising services to business clients.

For products owned by BATH SOLUTIONS, BATH SOLUTIONS acts as the product owner and provider.

For client-owned products and services, the applicable client remains the owner and end provider, while BATH SOLUTIONS performs the agreed development, management or advertising services.

Owned products and client-owned products

BATH SOLUTIONS may work with both internally owned products and client-owned products.

Where BATH SOLUTIONS owns an application or digital product, BATH SOLUTIONS is responsible for that product.

Where BATH SOLUTIONS provides development, management or advertising services for a client-owned product, ownership remains with the applicable client unless otherwise established through a written agreement.
