BATH SOLUTIONS believes in clearly identifying the businesses and service providers involved in its digital advertising activities.
Advertiser & Service Provider
BATH SOLUTIONS may advertise products and services that it directly owns or provides.
BATH SOLUTIONS may also provide technology, development, application-management and advertising-management services to business clients.
Where a product or service belongs to a client, the applicable client remains the product owner and end provider.
Authorized Advertising Management
Advertising campaigns may be managed by BATH SOLUTIONS internally or with assistance from authorized advertising service providers.
Where applicable, Aquarius Infotech assists BATH SOLUTIONS as an authorized digital advertising service provider with campaign setup, campaign management, targeting, creative coordination, conversion measurement, optimization and reporting.
Aquarius Infotech does not become the owner of BATH SOLUTIONS's products or services as a result of managing advertising campaigns.
BATH SOLUTIONS remains responsible for products and services that are owned and provided by BATH SOLUTIONS.
Advertising Billing & Authorized Payer
For certain advertising billing arrangements, GOPAL MANSUKHBHAI SAVALIYA may act as an authorized payer and billing administrator on behalf of BATH SOLUTIONS.
Advertising charges may therefore be processed through an applicable Google payments profile associated with GOPAL MANSUKHBHAI SAVALIYA.
The billing role is separate from product ownership and advertising-management responsibilities.
The use of an authorized payer does not transfer ownership of BATH SOLUTIONS, its products, services, websites, applications or advertising assets to the payer.
BATH SOLUTIONS remains responsible for products and services advertised under its business identity.
Advertising expenses paid on behalf of BATH SOLUTIONS are funded, settled or reimbursed according to the applicable commercial arrangement between BATH SOLUTIONS and the authorized payer.

The roles of advertiser, product owner, advertising manager and authorized payer are separate responsibilities. The involvement of an advertising agency or authorized payer does not by itself transfer ownership of the advertised product or service.
