Bath Solutions is an India-based technology and digital services business. Our work includes mobile application development, application lifecycle management, website development, digital advertising, user acquisition and related technology services.
We work on selected internally owned digital products as well as projects delivered for business clients.
When Bath Solutions owns a product, we remain responsible for that product and its applicable operation and support.
When services are performed for a client-owned product, the respective client remains the product owner and end provider unless otherwise established through a written agreement.
Bath Solutions is an India-based technology and digital services business, registered as an MSME micro enterprise in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The firm focuses on mobile application development, website development and custom software for businesses that need reliable, maintainable digital products rather than something that works once and then cannot be changed.
That narrowness is deliberate. A firm offering everything tends to be adequate at most of it, so we have kept the list short and stayed with projects we can carry properly from the first requirement through to release and the support that follows. When a request falls outside software development, we say so rather than taking the work and learning on somebody else’s budget.
Our approach combines practical engineering, modern development technologies and clear communication throughout the development lifecycle. In practice that means choosing tools that suit the problem, writing code another developer can pick up, and keeping you informed at each stage instead of only at the end.

Practice
How we work
The same method whether the project is one mobile application or a system three departments open every morning.
Most of the difficulty in a software project is not the code. It is agreeing what the software has to do, deciding what can wait, and keeping everyone informed while the work is under way. We spend real time on those three things before and during development, because a clear brief costs far less than a rebuild.
A written scope
Nothing begins until the requirement exists on paper: what it must do, who uses it, and what belongs to this phase rather than the next. You approve that document and it remains the reference both sides return to.
Deliberate technology choices
Frameworks, hosting and outside services are selected for the job at hand and for whoever inherits it. Nothing joins a project because it is new, or because we fancied the practice.
Regular, plain updates
You are told what is finished, what is in progress and what is stuck, in ordinary language. Anything that shifts the scope is raised the day it arises, not disclosed at handover.
Documentation and handover
You finish holding the source, the setup notes and the accounts it runs on. Another developer should be able to continue without us, and that stays true even when we remain for maintenance, which is precisely the point.

Three commitments that occasionally cost us a project, and are worth keeping anyway.
We will not quote before we understand the requirement
A figure produced in the first call is a guess with a decimal point attached. We ask questions first, and where part of the requirement is unsettled we say which part of the number rests on it instead of burying that uncertainty in a total.
We will not commit to a date we have not planned for
A date comes from a plan containing real tasks, not from whatever sounded reassuring on a call. When something slips you hear while there is still time to decide what to do, which is the only point at which the news has any value.
We will not hand over code nobody else can maintain
Code only its author can read is a liability presented as an asset. We prefer conventional structure, obvious naming and written notes to a clever shortcut that saves a week now and costs a month later.
